  • This week's check-in: Current:174.4 I gained 4.4 lbs. I have the famous visitor. Does this make you gain? I am tracking inches too: Lost 2 inches off my waist. Lost 1 inch off both thighs. Lost 1 inch off my hips.
  • I started in March also and I am at 1200 cal a day. This is not including my exercising. I think I am hurting myself and need to eat more calories. I have only lost 5lbs. I am 35, 5'8 and 170 lbs. It is weird. I need to tweak it somehow so I can start losing more.

  • Have you ever tried the Land o Lakes fat free whipped cream? I use that with flavored vanilla coffee and it is good! I use that instead of the creamers and sugar. It is so good and it looks really pretty.

  • I stared Turbo Fire 4 weeks ago along with this website and lost 5 lbs, and inch in the thighs and 1/2 inch in my hips. I really like it! It has improved my running time and my 90 min Zumba classes are getting easier.

  • How funny! Did the 45 EZ over the weekend. Love it. I went to Zumba Monday night and was not even out of breath. I think Turbo Jam helps big time. I love the Burpees and the jumps.
  • I am with you! I love it! I combined it with my Zumba and running and have lost about 4-5lbs in 5 weeks. I also have been eating a lot less sugar. Turbo Fire is so motivating. And it is fun!:wink:

  • I am so old school. I think the less calories you eat the better. Even when I exercise. I need to stop thinking this way. Plus, I think I ruined my metabolism doing this for so many years. Thank you so much for the advice.

  • Good Job! I have been there. In the past five years I have gained 20lbs. I have tried the HCG lost 12.7 lbs but got stuck. I joined this website four weeks ago and lost 4lbs.   • Yes, I started on Sunday and love it! The thing I love most about it is you do such an intense work out for only 20 min. Yesterday, I got home from work and grocery shopping, helped my son with homework and only had 30 minutes for a work out. Put the DVD in and did the 20 minute HIIT. It kicked my butt!
