Its not true at all. As women we think we will get bulky.Muscle is more dense than fat – because muscle is more dense it takes up less space or volume per pound than fat does. I am taking a fit and wellness course. I just learned this. You would have to be doing foreal body building stuff.

I have not had any added sugar in two weeks. I get my sugar rush from fruits. My first week was hard......This week has been great!!!!!!

I can relate to how you are feeling. I started going to fitness classes it helps you take your mind off things. You have less time to be in your head.

Get the Zumba on the Wii it is amazing!!!!! I also enjoy going to classes.:smile: :smile:
