If you are doing okay on your fat gram count, you can always go for some cheese or nuts. Low in carbs, higher in calories. Those are usually my favorite way to get closer to my caloric intake. You could also grab a steak, but that might be a bit much for the afternoon. :tongue:

Hi all! I am new to this site too. I am not so much trying to loose weight (I lost 25 lbs last year), but I really want to just tone up for my June wedding. Besides, my eating habits had gotten out of control...cake tasting, choosing a caterer...all that hard work! haha. I'm hoping this site will keep me on track and help…
