So I am -49 on my carbs for the day, and I still have 200+ calories left. Is there some good type of exercise to burn those extra carbs? And what is going to happen to my body if I don't find a way to burn those off? The carbs are from fruits and raisins and good types of foods. What are some foods I can eat to reach my calorie allotment without adding to my carb deficit?
 I suppose that's a lot of questions, but I would appreciate it if anyone had any answers for me!

If you are doing okay on your fat gram count, you can always go for some cheese or nuts. Low in carbs, higher in calories. Those are usually my favorite way to get closer to my caloric intake. You could also grab a steak, but that might be a bit much for the afternoon.
