Thanks y'all! I don't know why I didn't think about freezing cooked foods into individual servings. Usually cooking like two boneless chx breast and eating that for about five days, same with anything I do cook. Gets so dried out and very boring. These tips are great!

I guess my issue would be eating sweets in moderation. My therapist doesn't think I have a body image problem.. We have been and still are discussing some tools for avoiding the over eating of sweets.

Yeah, I love fruit, especially the melons and berries. As a matter fact I packed 1 and 1/2 today for my lunch/dinner for work. And also 2 clementines. Guess what I brought home from work untouched. I'm 5 ft 0, I got real close to my Venus weight, I was 111, I was aiming for 109. Wasn't looking good on me. I added, to 123, abit too much. I'm trying to get to around 118, want to be lean and healthy.

I'm not a dishonest person at all, never have been. Believe what you want.
