I'm a seasoned C25K-er, and while I did always take the day off in-between, since doing it my second time round I find 1-2 days off a week is fine. Just be sure not to skip any weeks/reps, need to build that stamina!

Just added you as a friend ^^ I'm very new here but I'd advise sticking to your 500 cal deficit and - if you have the dress - hang it somewhere you can see it or pop a picture of it up on the fridge so you can always remind yourself of what you're working for ^^

Steak! Sirloin, fat trimmed with side salad and I would have had mashed potatoes but they turned out so weird! Very very starchy, maybe forgot to clean the pan after boiling spaghetti :s delicious though!
