back..... surprise wedding invite!

right i'm back...... i've got 7 weeks to fit into a dress for my friends wedding!
i realise that i could just buy a bigger size but i also have a holiday booked in august and want to drop about a stone and a half....

any advice gratefully received....

    I'm very new here but I'd advise sticking to your 500 cal deficit and - if you have the dress - hang it somewhere you can see it or pop a picture of it up on the fridge so you can always remind yourself of what you're working for ^^

    No, work out your TDEE and subtract 500 calories, eat that number http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/

    ETA your deficit might not need to be 500, it may be lower as you don't have too much to lose

    You want to drop 18 pounds in 7 weeks, or by August?

    August is doable, but seven weeks is pushing it and nothing more than a quick fix. Buy a bigger dress.

    Confused, misguided, and in the end - probably just hungry. Set your deficit to lose in a healthy way and then buy a dress for the wedding that looks good on you.

    Or, we'll see you back next time you have an event upcoming. The yo yo is not our friend.
