judging by yesterday... your diet needs to change you had roast beef as a snack stop using so much oil and butter in everything no cheese no cookies idk why your "good coffee" is about 215 calories you might as well go to Starbucks other then all that your breakfast food and lunches seem to be on point and your dinners it…

yeah but you probably consumed about 1000 calories doing that.. 350 - per slice of pizza = 700 probably around 300 for your salad at the most that just sounds like a waste of calories to me

Salad dressing you could use oil and vinegar... thats what my dad uses i hate that but you know... pick and choose your salt battles I guess or http://allrecipes.com/recipe/balsamic-vinegar-and-olive-oil-dressing/ just dont put in salt

if you're doing a marathon I would think you'd need to do cardio and weights... aka build endurance for the marathon and also build muscle which of course helps in the weight loss for me... i have to sweat and die on the elliptical, then weights, then finish with the treadmill to lose weight along with a diet of course.

my dad also has to watch his sodium (if he gets too much he becomes dizzy, ears ringing, incoherent its awful) there is low sodium everything now can veggies and can cream of whateever is now low sodium and chicken stock etc or you can do what my mom did and scratch make EVERYTHING she would make him his own bbq sauce even…

40lbs but all I ate was carrots and rice cakes... throw in a lean quisine randomly it also made me super sick i was dizzy 24/7 was seeing spots couldnt think straight but losing a healthy way about 20lbs and thats eating things like chicken fish veggies fruits etc

I was thinking of trying to make pizza on my pita bread... its whole wheat and about 80calories each I also wish I could find weight watchers cheese... I find the string cheese but never the shredded have to keep looking great recipe though I'll have to look for some tortillas to use on it :)

Also Mexicans in Mexico dont even celebrate it its more of an Americanized "holiday" aka excuse to drink margs and eat some mexican food... There's also as someone pointed out mexican americans so tone it down a notch

I was thinking this way with just body weight squats since its new to me and to get started on the path to eventually be doing the heavy lifting squats body weight squats first bc when I did them with the personal trainer for one day i was then basically dead for the next 4 lol start off slow and build not just over night…

mmm i trust it for the most part but if I do go out and get my meal I just make sure I exercise "hard" regardless so if they are lying to me at least i have backed myself up :) Also lets say you went to a burger place... and you estimated the calories based on the website but whose to say the person that made your burger…

exactly of course people are going to look at you of course im going to look at you but im not there to mock you or be vocal about what you are doing majority of the people are they to work out and get out thats basically me at the gym put in the time and LEAVE go hard and go home not chit chat with the girl beside me…
