I live by the 80/20 rule..as long as I am healthy 80% of the time..its ok to slack a bit the rest of the time. I log M-F...and leave Saturday/Sunday...if we are going out. If we stay home..I will log..

Its not always what you eat. I have Insulin Resistance..so I gather fat around my belly. I may or may not lose it..but its not because of teh way I eat...I eat fairly well 80% of the time..but because of age and metabolic issues..I dont think it will be super flat

I dont think there is a way to skip forward...I run outside..so there is no issue with the speeding up and slowing down...Unless its icy outside...I plan on always running outside..

I agree..no lifting heavy and do as much cardio as possible..that will surely drop the weight...cause thats whats important..who cares about muscles...it will drop the number on the scale.

We bake cookies for our neighbors. My parents did this.but with Indian sweets...to all of our family and neighbors. We all get new outfits. (outside of hubby) and go to Candlelight service..then dinner..the the girls get to open on present. Once everyone is asleep...Santa puts out all is stuff around 3-4 AM..We get up…

I agree..you go to work out..but I dont agree with the whole sweating bit..I dont sweat..I get a little moist..but I dont sweat..never have..I dont think I ever will. So you cant gauge how hard someone is working out by the amount of sweat..Heck some people sweat changing their minds

I plan to do a 5K on Thanksgiving..so it will give me about 300 extra calories...But I usually cook pretty healthy on the holidays..so I plan to eat what I want..and log everything..if I go over..oh well..

well since the update..mine gets stuck on the last song..so when a mission is about to end..it repeats a song 3 times..and its annyoing. I only have 1 true mission left and 2 supply missions. But I plan on repeating all of them without the chases to see if I can better my time...and once I do that..I move on to a 10 K..and…

Yea..I hear ya...I found out my TDEE is around 1700 and I have a very sedentary job....So i am back at 1700...and was wondering why i was starving eating 1500 calories..

There is a learning curve associated with eating healthier. It does get easier with time..as does estimating calories while eating out. I rarely go out to lunch anymore..just cause I could blow my whole day. But next friday..its a co-workers last day....and Yes..I will eat what I want..but will load up on salad and water...

yup ...not addicted..but then I think answers will differ depending on how long they have been on MFP..I have been here for 1.5 yrs and understand the relationship with food..
