I chop'em up and put them in eggs or just dip them in hummus. You could also do lean turkey meatballs and chop them and add it to that. Or I also do Mexican style veggie soup with it.

I wear my pedometer when I garden and it does count my steps so I just count that in my walking if that's of any use.

Yes. I crave spinach/kale in my eggs and I crave at least one sometimes two apples a day. Before it was like yuck apples. The most hated fruit known to me. Now it's like, I *need* my apple!

I check the circular and whatever coupons I have. Once I got the hang of it I just bought the same things and I generally stick to the store perimeter (meat, dairy, fruit/veg) I only venture into the aisle with beans or coffee!

Mine is like 2-3 blocks away, within the apt complex but I still rarely make it. Rather use what's in my apt. I can't imagine having to go so far out of the way. Just the time would bother me.

I wish people would notice and ask. Before, I didn't want them to even glance in my direction, now it's like, so much of my life/time is dedicated to this that it's like, come on, someone, anyone, NOTICE!

Started around 350+ (didn't own a scale til last month so I can't say for sure how bad it was), I had MFP set at 200 but I changed it to 199 the other day just because I haven't been in the 1's since like 6th grade. Might be nice. But realistically if I woke up at 250 tomorrow I wouldn't complain!

I line bowls with paper towels then chop up my romaine and other greens and toss'em in there (I also cover the top with a paper towel if I add baby spinach to this). I also wrap cucumbers in paper towels and they keep for like 2 weeks in the fridge (prior to this they were like melting within 3 days)

I wrap it in foil before putting it into a baking pan (toss my herbs inside the foil as well)

I'm in! I've made 145.5 for the month of Sept already so I think I can pull this off for another month! Or at least I hope I can.

I've met 2 mini goals and have not rewarded myself but after seeing this board I think I'm going to go pick up another few pairs of good walking boots for the winter! Ultimate goal prize is in my ticker, hopefully the ability to do things I haven't done before, mainly, swim!
