This is true cardio always helps with my cramps and I'm not poooositive about the orgasm part I don't think I've ever been in the mood for an orgasm when I'm curled up in a ball with terrible cramps...that being said getting to the gym is also pretty tough, but they always go away after a good workout! :)

Yeah it's so much easier for me. It's important to know what you're putting into your body and it's great to have a plan when you have a busy day :) but always do what you find easiest and most fun! I never plan what I'm gonna eat on Sundays though because I usually eat whatever I want.
