So I wanted to do my challenge for 2 weeks but today I craved pizza even though my fridge was already packed with cooked meals. grrrrrr I lost 4-5 lbs already. I have to restart this challenge and see if I can do it for 2 weeks straight. Good luck to everyone.

Yes my mother has less pain now so she juice once a day now. Her pain is more manageable now. I meet Joe Cross and he is also pain free from the skin disease he has. I guess sometimes juicing can have benefits in the long run.

Juicing helped reduced the pain of my mother's arthritis. So juicing can some benefits for some people. Juicing isn't for everyone. It's like drinking raw eggs. It not for everyone.

I don't detox. I juice because I love it. I eat organics and local food already. And I cut back on my process food a lot. Centuries ago they detox/fast for a different reason religious or because there isn't a lot of food around. Some people today will detox to cleanse all the process food and chemicals in our food we eat today

I think juicing is a good detox for a short period of time. Let's say up to 10 days. I can't detox yet but can't wait to. I would do a juice detox but eat small meals at the same time like salads, soups, lots of beans and veggies. I try to juice at least once a day. Way to go! I'm starting to bring out snacks with me. I always have to eat every 2hrs so its difficult for me not to eat out sometimes.

that's ok. I am doing another week of not eating out. I lost 3lbs so far due to eating healthy at home. Just try not to put cream and sugar in it. or whipped cream in your latte.

Making turkey spaghetti with veggies, chicken stir fry, vegetable soup, lentil and butternut stew, corn chowder, quinoa salad, chickpeas brownies and maybe kale chips. All while I'm dancing to music and drinking a glass of wine. :)

People say this challenge is easy but when you are in a city and you are on the go, it isn't. It's ok. Just start again tomorrow. You can do it!

So I went to the mall and bought my own lunch. I was so proud of myself. I even ate it in the food court. I was very tempted to get something but didn't.
