I put my scale away. I only weigh in every two weeks. I tend to get obsessed with the number on the scale. Focus on your calories in and exercise. Watch how your clothes fit and don't get too wrapped up in numbers.

Good luck. I am in the same boat. 5.5 lbs away from goal weight and nobody understands why I am still logging everything. I worked too hard to let myself gain it back. Once I reach my goal I will have to get in the frame of mind to maintain. I plan on still using MFP during my maintainence.

I am 5'3" I started out weight 167 lbs and am currenty 131 lbs with a goal weight of 120.
