I've asked this question many times and always get the same answer. The slower you lose it the less loose skin you'll have, because it'll have more time to go back into shape. It also depends on how long the skin has been stretched out. The longer it's been stretched out the less likely it will be to bounce back.

279.4 (down 1.2lbs since last week). Not what I was hoping for, but what I was expecting since I was sick and didn't workout at all. On a better note...GOODBYE 280's!!

I don't know about any supplements that work, but you should be sure to take vitamins. I take a multivitamin, omega 3 and a b complex vitamin.

Thank you. Yes, the workout is intense. Well, I did it after 30 minutes on wii fit plus so I could have already been tired, but it's one exercise after another after another. It keeps your heart rate up. I thought it was great. I'll try it again today without wii fit plus and see how I handle it.
