Hi all. I'm new to MFP. I joined a few weeks ago but I just started tracking what I'm eating yesterday. I'm following Weight Watchers without the meetings right now. I know my points allotment for the day and am trying to follow that. I feel like I'm eating all day but not reaching my calorie allotment for MFP.
Just started working out with Biggest Loser for the Wii and it totally kicked my butt. I'm ready for a nap..lol.
I have about 130lbs to lose so I'll be on here for a while. I hope to lose the weight in 1 1/2 years. Slow and steady wins the race.

Welcome to MFP and well wishes to you on your weight loss journey, and yes slow but steady is a great measure! I don't have the Biggest Loser for the Wii but have thought about purchasing it. Intense work out?0

Thank you.
Yes, the workout is intense. Well, I did it after 30 minutes on wii fit plus so I could have already been tired, but it's one exercise after another after another. It keeps your heart rate up. I thought it was great. I'll try it again today without wii fit plus and see how I handle it.0
