Yeah I need to invest in one! So weight loss is possible with it if I go at least three times a week and possibly aim for an hour?

Ah! Well that stinks. I guess maybe I should slow down my pace so I don't overwork myself too quick. And just go a steady pace for an hour, that'll probably burn way more calories anyway I think.

You have lost weight by eating ice cream? How much do you eat when it's that time of the month. I recently got myself this delicious Gelato ice cream but have been limiting myself to only having 2tbsp a day.

I'm not sure how accurate everything is. My boyfriend is fairly good with working that stuff out in his head so he tells me. I sadly do not own a food scale, no. As for the quick added that's typically when I have dinner at my job, and I'm not sure exactly what brand of stuff they used and such, so estimate the total.

Actually I'm doing it right. It says that I'm using my iPhone to measure my actual activity level throughout the day. And that to accurately reflect any extra calories you're burning, we use this data to adjust your myfitnesspal calorie goal. :)

Well I congratulate you for even taking the time to fit in some type of workout! :) That's great. Have you lost any weight from doing that? If I had my own elliptical that's what I'd probably do, spread doing it throughout the day to hit an hour. Because for the moment it's quite hard for me too. Gotta work my way there :)

Good idea, I'll definitely start buying Greek Yogurt. Also picked up a bag of carrots while out yesterday to snack on those also.

eesh that's no good. It's still inaccurate even when you enter your weight and age? I do see a lot of people at the gym with HRMs and that's probably why lol. Where do you suggest buying one?

Thanks. I also have a Pacer on my phone and it says I burn typically 150 calories just from my steps taken throughout the day so I've been including that also.

Yeah, I've been going by what the elliptical at Planet Fitness says. I enter in my weight and age though. I plan on investing in a HRM sometime soon!

Thanks for all the positive comments! I'll give what I'm doing about a month and record what my results are :) I've been attempting to eat healthy-ish the past 5 days! If anyone wants feel free to add me and check out my diary and recommend what I should be cutting back on. My problem though is eating my calorie goal…

True. Well I've been trying to eat a bit healthier. Started making green smoothies. Which is extremely tasty and a great way to add a bunch of veggies and fruit to my diet. Just need to work on cutting out some carbs really, that's my weakness.

Very true. After getting used to it I'll slowly keep upping the time. But I'm also on my feet for 8 hours at work so that's another 100 calories + c:

I just started going to the gym.. But for now I'm doing 20 minutes of the elliptical and burn 200 calories.

Well, I was only eating about 800 calories a day or less.. Which is WAY under what I should of been consuming. But yeah I've been forcing myself to eat breakfast now, or at least making a green smoothie and drinking a good amount of that. I'll give that a try, thanks
