Does anyone use the CYBEX Arc Trainer? Any positive results?
And has had any success with losing weight from it? I recently started getting into going to the gym. I go as fast as I can on the "weight loss" option. I'm only up to being able to do 15 minutes on it, with a calorie burn of 160. The HRM gets as high as 198... Which doesn't seem too good. Is this because I'm overdoing it…

I don't understand how I am so far off from my calorie goal.
It's 8PM, I'm not even hungry and I'm still 630 calories away from hitting my goal of 1450. Is that unhealthy or could I still lose weight by being so under?

Will 20 minutes on the elliptical make a difference?

Weight gain question
So for about four days now I've been trying to eat my calorie goal (which is 1450) and workout 3x a week burning 200 calories each time. I'm 22 and 178lbs. I just weighed myself and the scale said 183 o.0 Which seems odd. Though I know night time is a bad time to weigh yourself. I'm just wondering though, since I used to…

Does anyone include their BMR in calories burned?
I calculated my BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) as if I were to stay in bed and it calculated 1,600 calories burned. That seems like quite a lot? Also, should I record my BMR under calories burned or no? I've been keeping track of my calories burned and at a 1,300 calorie goal I'm only eating about 800. Is this too few of…

So I'm aiming to lose 30lbs by July...
Is the likelihood of that much by then possible? I recently got a Planet Fitness membership and have been aiming to burn at least 200 on the elliptical each time I go. Mixed with a few ab workouts. I've been staying within my calorie intake limit. also when I work an 8 hour shift I'm on my feet for a good amount of time.…

Does anyone notice weight maintaining or loss
by not going over calorie intake goal? I'm just curious, I've been tracking pretty much every single thing I consume. and haven't gone over, if anything under. Has anyone had good results by staying within the limit? On my phone when I hit I'm finished logging today I'll get a message saying in 5 weeks if I did what I did…
