  • I just added them to what MFP recommended my diet to be. Its said you burn on average 500 calories breastfeeding. So I just changed my settings and added the 500 to my allotted amount. It's worked well so far for me!

  • I'd love to have some friends! I was on maintenance for a few weeks until I gained back a few lbs (obviously doing something wrong and not sure what) I'll invite you, and if anyone else wants to invite me as a friend I could use the support (I only have one active friend on here)
