My calories are in a deficit average also weekly, but as I exclusively breastfeed I can't currently cut more without also cutting supply for baby. :(

I do well diet wise, keeping near or under recommended sugar and fat, and averaging 95-100g protein daily. Keep my vitamins right with a multivitamin also. I just added them to what MFP recommended my diet to be. Its said you burn on average 500 calories breastfeeding. So I just changed my settings and added the 500 to my allotted amount. It's worked well so far for me!
