Is there a way to include breastfeeding in the calories burned??

You have to add it in the food diary. Search "breastfeeding" as a food and you'll get several negative entries, meaning that they add to your calorie budget rather than subtract from it.0

I just added them to what MFP recommended my diet to be. Its said you burn on average 500 calories breastfeeding. So I just changed my settings and added the 500 to my allotted amount. It's worked well so far for me!0
