I bought one from Waitrose a couple of years ago. Maybe it was old because it was really bitter, disappointed. I would be willing to give it another go though.

I'm also 5'7 and 172lb. I've been losing steadily over the last 6 weeks doing fasting. I'm also top heavy so probably won't feel that comfortable until I'm closer to around 126lb, we'll see.

I noticed that some people are having trouble finding these in the UK, if so check out Holland and Barrett. They sell their own version called Slim Noodles. They also do Slim Pasta and Slim Rice, they sell at around £2.50 and will deliver too. I've only tried the rice so far, and found it interesting, lol. It's a good one…
