i'm 5"5 and a half, 25 years old and my GW is 140ish but to be honest i am not too concerned about the number on the scale, rather the shedding of fat and building muscle and eventually a slight 6 pack

update: I did it! the whole thing, it's hard but i'm glad I did it, and I feel like my posture is waaay better towards the end.

i'm not an expert, how often do you strength train? I know your muscles need time to heal, so maybe take a day or two off?

haha, all good, Insanity is craaaazy, kudos to anyone who is doing it, I wanna focus on p90x and possibly switch over to that after, or i was thinking of also subsituting the kenpo X and Cardio on p90x for an insanity workout.

boca burgers are my favourite veggie burgers, they don't sell them in Canada anymore though :( last time a co worker brought me one from the states, haha i was eccstatic

aspertame (sp?) is super bad for you it can cause memory loss (okay in large doses) and I find that it makes my back hurt more, if i decide i want a soda drink i just get the actual drink, as long as it's once in a while, not very often, rarely even.

normally I make a protein shake after, i'm using Iso Burst protein from GNC. I didn't do that today however, just made myself some eggs and toast, figured eggs had enough protein?
