I'm in! I could definitely use some motivation. I have a Cruise in July (9th thru the 16th) but I will weigh in before I leave and when I return. Thanks everyone! I was really excited to see the difference. I knew my clothes were fitting differently but the scale wasn't moving and I couldn't "see" any difference. Even my fiancee couldn't see a difference until tonight. Definitely re-enforces the theory that you can't always go by the scale.

My boss bought everyone a treat from the cafe across the parking lot today and for me she brought in this huge brownie covered in icing and walnuts. I had a ton of calories left over from yesterday so I figured I would be okay to eat it. I ate 3/4 of it and have been sick to my stomach since. It wasn't worth it and next…

For me beer isn't the problem. I used to go out drinking at least 3 nights a week and where I gained the weight was the bad food choices I made after I left the bar. I still drink now as long as it fits in my day. Edited to say: Now I only go out 1 or 2 times a week and don't drink more then 3 beers.
