My first progress pics!!
This is my first time posting progress pics but here goes. The pics on the left are from same time last year at my highest weight ever and the one on the right was taken today. Still have a long way to go but finally starting to see a difference.

This may not be that big of an NSV to most but to me it's huge. I've been salt free for 50 days! Meaning I haven't added salt to anything in that time.
