  • Potato chips dipped in Ketchup and crackers with peanut butter and caramel sauce.
  • Just got back to a number starting with 1 myself so I know how awesome that feels. Congrats and keep up the good work.
  • I switched to Bud Select 55 but my normal drink of choice was Bud Light. I've also tried the skinny margaritas since they aren't as bad as the reg. ones.

  • Cheese cake. Any kind, I love them all. And can't forget pizza. I dream about them but try my best to stay away from them especially the cheesecake because I can't be trusted to eat just one slice.
  • I just finished reading your post and wanted to say it took me weeks of logging, not logging and then quitting to finally get it right. In the end it it all came down to finding a happy medium for me. I knew i could never live on what my husband called "rabbit food" because I love food. Pizza is a huge weakness in my house…
  • I try to stay at 2500mg or less for my sodium for now. Hoping to get it down to 2000 or less.

  • Everything really does taste different and at first it was really hard. I found that some foods are still hard eat without it though. Just taking it a day at a time and I put the salt shaker up in the highest cabinet so its not easy to get to, lol.

  • While I was looking through my old photos the other day I came across one of me before I got pregnant with my daughter. Was a size 0-2 and thought I was SO FAT. Why do we do that to ourselves? I'd take a size 6-8 any day now.
  • Me. I'm 5'4.5" and am just trying for around 150-160 for now. I will re-evaluate once I get there but I've gone back and looked through old phones of when I was around that weight and am happy with the way I looked. i don't want to be stick thin. Just a nice healthy, curvy frame would be great. Plus the hubby made a few…
  • Problems?.... Not sure what those are lol. My life is absolutely perfect. Ok seriously though, Thank you for this post. Definitely needed this tonight.
  • This SO sounds like my husband, lol. I have an 11 year old and he is constantly picking on her like he's a kid himself. He's 7 1/2 years older then me so I also don't thinks its fair to him to make him wait on children. Besides he'll be 40 next year and we'd really like to have started our family by then.
  • One of the biggest factors for me losing weight is so that my husband and I can try again at starting a family. We've been together for 10 years and have only managed to get pregnant once after I lost 40 lbs on WW. I went in to labor early and she was born still born 4 years ago. We decided 2 years ago to start trying…
  • Me! I've been a member of MFP for a while but just started back last month and I'm down 13 lbs but I really need friends on here to keep motivated to workout. Feel free to add me! Any and all support is welcome.
  • Not me.... Well technically speaking anyway. Off on Monday though.
  • ^^^ This, exactly why I'm here. Trying to get fit and healthy before we start trying for a family. Best of luck.
  • One of the things that I found that works for me and keeps me from over snacking is only bringing to work what I intend to eat for that day. It's tedious but every morning I grab my breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks. So even if I eat all the food in my desk it's ok, I'm supposed to. And I plan my dinner before I get home so I…
  • There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you only do it when it's convenient. When you're committed to something you accept no excuses, only results.
  • What's worked well for me is that my husband and I are both very competitive people. We usually make mini goals and then challenge each other to see who makes it first. We each get to pick our "reward" as long as it doesn't involve food. Being a smart woman I know there is no way I'm going to actually lose 15lbs before he…
  • Midland
  • That's my goal as well. I'd love to join.
  • The main reason I refuse to give it up totally is because I don't plan on giving it up forever. I am training myself to eat the things I love without over-indulging in them. This has to be something we can do for the rest of our lives and giving up all my favorite foods would never work for me. If it works for you then…
  • I don't eat what most people consider "clean" which is a major reason why my diary is private. I do however stick within my calorie limits, workout and I have been losing fairly steady over the last month. Which is when I started adding working out to my routine. I think as long as you stick to your calorie goal and add…
  • My husband and I are very social people as well. We tend to go out 1-2 nights a week. Usually on Friday and Sat. We also like to play darts and pool which keeps us active and has helped me cut down on the alcohol consumption. So my suggestion would be to try and incorporate some type of activity in with your drinking. That…
  • Boiled egg and Fat free Strawberry and Banana Yogurt. Not the best way to start the morning but wasn't really hungry.
  • I was actually reading about this yesterday. Here's the link to the story that I was reading. Hope this helps. http://www.everydayhealth.com/jillianmichaels/five-ways-to-beat-the-bloat.aspx?xid=nl_LosingItWithJillianMichaels_20120424#/slide-1

  • I drink Aquafina bottled water and on the label it says that is "purified through a rigorous seven-step process.... which removes substances like sodium that most other bottled waters leave in" I have to watch my sodium intake since I retain so much water so I generally look for products that are reduced sodium or very…

  • I find myself hungry around the same time and I usually opt for popcorn. I buy the 100 calorie bags from Pop Secret. I get a snack and it doesn't kill my diet but I also try to leave 100-200 calories so that I can have a snack before bed.
  • Day 7 was a bit hard for me. With the mix of 30 DS and cardio I feel every muscle in my abs, and arms and shoulder areas. Tender would be the best description. Powered through and finished though. Hopefully tomorrow will go better. Good luck every one.
  • Today is day 6 and the end of week 1. Today was a cardio day for me and I went to one of my favorite workouts, Tae Bo. I haven't been able to finish and entire workout of Tae Bo in a VERY long time but I was able to finish the entire video plus some push-ups, and crunches thrown in as well. Feels great to be able to finish…
  • It's not to late to join.
