Now that is an amazing answer, thanks for the details; alot to think about there. Do you tend to log your weight lifting into MFP? I'm just trying to gain as accurately as I can what I'm burning in the gym so I am able to eat them back. Cheers

Exactly what I found, I find normal plain water really hard to drink in larger quantities but put a few bubbles in it for me and I can drink it all day. I'm pretty much never without a soda stream bottle, I also might throw in a flavour or 2 at the weekend as a treat.

This picture was my turning point. (I'm on the left) Going back to Newquay in 2 months time to retake that picture after losing around 12% body fat. Still not at the end of the journey and never will be but i'm well on my way :)
