OHHH I forgot about Cream of Wheat. I normally have oatmeal in the mornings, but did find some individual packets at Target to try. I've added Turvia or Olivio Coconut (only a little bit, instead of butter), but no fruit. And I forgot that it was a good source of iron. Maybe I can switch off with the oatmeal. Thanks!

Thanks for your comments and suggestions. I normally take a multi-vitamin and a vitamin D daily, but got kinda lazy for a while. The last week or so I've been doing pretty good at taking them every day. So maybe that's just catching up with me and it's my time of the month, so together it's making it lower. Thanks again!

you might have got a lemon. my friend that I run with did and got a new one and it's fine. I have the wrist band and sensor, I love being able to see my pace, miles, or time whenever I want/need to. I hope this isn't a silly questions.....so when you dehydrate your fruit like that, it would be the same calories as the hydrated fruit correct? There's nothing added.....

I count mine as well since we normally are powerwalking or running. we have a wiemaraner and he dosen't like to go slow : )

When it's warm enough outside, and I stay in for lunch, I like to eat then go for a walk/power walk. With that kind of time 30-60 mins you should have enough time to eat and have a decent walk. Beside the excerising part of that, it also clears my mind some and revives me to help make it thru the afternoon. Good luck and…

Sometimes I do too. I also try to not keep junk food in the house. At work if there's food/snacks sitting around I try to avoid, if possible, walking by them....take another route if you can.
