I'm 1.8m tall and weigh 76kg body fat 5%, I'm an athlete (duathlon) so need low body fat but need strength and endurance.

When I go out I'll ask for things that aren't on the menu like a grilled chicken breast or cheese/bacon to be taken out of a salad, they shouldn't mind if they're any good ;)
