I go between three, skinny cinnamon dolce, skinny caramel macchiato, or skinny vanilla latte. usually grande, less than 200 each for ventis.

Try the lindt excellence bars. I'm more a milk chocolate lover but the dark intense orange is addictive, the coconut is good also, think i'll be brave and try their chili flavor next.

Thanks everyone, good food for thought. Alot of it confirmed what i was thinking as far as veggies and my coffee habits. I do own a scale but hadn't thought to use it to measure my fruits. I'll give that a shot too. Really appreciate it.

I'm on a kick with Tuna, i mix it with red onion and pickles and eat it on strips of raw bell pepper. Greek salad is also a great option, i dont like packing lettuce salads for lunch as they don't stay as crisp.

It's all the work that goes into the planning and cooking, I'm fine with the amount of calories i have and i workout if i need more, i just miss not having to think about what i eat.
