Hi I have just got a fitbit yesterday, I will struggle hitting more than 5 k per day due to agoraphobia but I'm trying, lost 6 stone so must be doing something right :)

Well thats my ticker set and sorted for the next 42 lbs to lose, lots of exercise to be done from now until xmas if i want to make this step! and im going to ask santa for a bike yay!!! :happy: :happy: :happy:

Hi everyone i read a post here saying to prevent saggy skin eat foods rich in ingredients to let your body produce as much collagen as it can. This is really all yo can do to make things better. so a collagen producing rich foods i am looking for now!

I have also been shocked by the amount of sodium that is in the food i eat, its very deceiving! Ive that much to lose ive set my tracker at three stones, i think if i put the whole number on it will look to overwhelming for me does anyone agree?:blushing:

Just thought i would mention At the start 4/42014 i weighed 378lbs my ideal weight should be around 168lbs i am setting 4 monthly goals on my tracker at the moment.
