For the assisted pull ups, at the gym they have this really heavy assisted rubber band they use. It's pretty cool, you loop it over the handles, then around your feet and off you go. My son came with me to the gym and I helped him with this. It was pretty funny, cause he was like, this doesn't look safe lol.

Good luck today! What Deena_Bean said, as long as you get 3 days in a 7 day period. My schedule is usually Tues-Fri-Sun my two days off being wed and thurs. If the bar is too heavy, I think you can do them with dumbbells. I think there is various alternative lifts with them, just do a quick google search.

pezhed - I grab some of those steps that they use in the aerobics classes, and I put the weights on the floor on top of those for height. Ugh, I feel you on this. I have a fair bit to lose. I was hoping it would be a little faster, but I have been eating back my calories burned cause I'm hungry. I need to up my protein more, and eat less. So easy to say, so hard to do! Good luck!

DDHFree - you are doing great. Just keep increasing what is comfortable with you :D OHP is my yucky lift as well. I find it very difficult. Just keep plugging away, eventually we will get it.

Hit the gym yesterday...felt really good for a change. I foegot my brace, so instead of ohp, i did benchpress instead. Squats - 5x5 @ 165pds Bench - 5x5 @ 85pds Deadlift - 5x5 @ 160 pds Hips were a bit sore again but shoulder was good.
