I have been using Leslie Sansone and the 30 Day Shred as well. I am almost to my goal loss of 40lbs. I love how easy it is to follow Leslie. Kelly, I would love to hear what you used next as I am ready for the next level.

My husband & I eat at Pita Pit for a lunch date once per week. Their website has a "build your pita" option so you know the caloric, fat, etc amounts of everything you put on. We have both lost 40lbs in the past 2 years, partly from cutting out burgers as our lunch selection. www.pitapit.com

I am at this stage. I am 3lbs from my original goal but feel that a few more pounds might make it easier to fit clothes properly. But, there are friends who have made comments that I shouldn't lose more - They may have not adjusted fully to my weight loss or be envious. How do I know what the right weight is?

I do have treats/desserts in small servings as I think I would be more prone to cheat in a HUGE way if I cut them out all together. I have learned to savour every bite and enjoy food all the more!
