I've had that too from my wife and family. Finally my wife told me it was because it made her feel guilty. Now she is losing weight with me! Just hang in there and do what you know is right.

I love HIIT. I've seen the best results when doing it. I've done it outside, treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike. All are good in my opion. I slao think it's good to switch things up so your body doesn't adapt.

You might wanna look into calorie shifting. This has helped me break a plateau. Just recently I had to break a plateau and I realized I was not eating enough calories. So I just took a day and eat whatever and then jumped back on and upped my calories a bit and that has really worked for me. I'm very extreme so its hard…

Thanks. I'm 6'1' w/o shoes. I wish I wouldn't have needed to health issue as a motivator and lost it earlier but I guess that's how it goes sometimes.
