They kinda generalize it all under strength training. A more accurate way would be to wear a good HRM. Next, I guess you could Google it. I’m sure some site will have it. Then you could create a custom exercise and post it under that.

Well...you can't grow muscle and loss weight at the same time. You can build muscle and loss body fat. So I would be focused on the scale if your trying to build some muscle but rather on inches and what not. Whoops...ran out of time!

I was using it for a couple weeks and was surprised has quickly I was able increase the number of push ups. For some reason I stopped. Just kinda slipped my mind. Think I'll start it up again.

Congrats on quiting smoking. That's definately a reeeaallly tuff one to kick. I'm an ex tabacco dipper. So I feel ya on the eating part. But it is possible. I've lost 40 LBS. You got this!!!!
