Whey protein deal.....

Just wanted to FYI everyone....Cosco has a 5lb bag of protein powder from MuscleMilk for about $32

As a long time weightlifter, I can attest to that being super cheap in comparison to GNC or any other store for that matter.

Most places the cheapest is $20 for 2lbs.....

Just in case we have some fellow weightlifters or Protein junkies out there!

    I got it last time I was there--they had the Optimum Nutrition vanilla. I'm going to get like 5 bags next time, because they only restock some of their stuff once a year!

    I think you're talking about the 100% whey? It's pretty tasty, a lot less expensive than the Protein + (also by Muscle Milk) which is all they used to carry for protein powders. The Vanilla is quite tasty :).

    I also take a multivitamin and fish oil pills....gotta keep that heart healthy
