Timex sportline vs. Polar FT4 HRM Calories count...
Ok…So I used both HRM brands above doing the same elliptical HIIT routine. Same Stats entered into both as far as age, height and what not. Yes, the contacts where wet. Has any one had success on gaining muscle mass but losing inches on your waist? I know you have to be in a positive calorie intake to gain muscle but how much? The last 10 LBS trouble????
Having trouble losing the last 10 LBS. For the past three days I've done some intense cardio burning about 1200 calories each day and my net calories have been in the negative or just a little above. Ok. So I had an intense cardo day burning almost 2000 calories and eating about that much as well. My last cardio session was from 9:30-10:30 p.m. (I know, very stupid. Heart rate monitor calorie tracker correct?
I did about 25 min of good cardio this afternoon. My Timex calorie tracker told me I burned 457 and MFP app told me 297. Is the calorie tracker on heart rate monitors accurate? Thanks.

Flat Feet! Killing me. Any Suggestions?
So I have flat feet and decided to jog three miles cuz I was feeling pretty good. Well I did it but now my left foot is all jacked up! I don't want to stop running cuz I'm really enjoying it. Anyone have some advice? maybe have had the same issue and found a solution. Thanks
