Newbie starting Calorie Shifting...any advice?

My name is Billy and I'm new to this community. I started my weight loss journey mid December 2010 weighting in at 250 Lbs. I'm 6'1". Went to the doc for a check up and my blood pressure was going up. That was definitely a wake up call. Anyways, today I weight 216.5! Total of 33.5 pounds! My target weight is 205. I seem to have hit a plateau so I'm going to start Calorie shifting plus I’m in a biggest loser type weight loss comp. at work.
Anybody done calorie shifting before? How where your results? What was your Plan?

Hey I do this on a regular basis! It is great! I am not on a "plan" but I do calorie shift! its great for you!0
