  • Childfree here...people are surprised by this, but it is a choice I made years ago. So, now they call me selfish. At least I thought about the pros and cons and was honest with myself.
  • See what happens when I'm not at the gym doing what I'm supposed to be doing on a Tues night ;-)
  • Hi, I scanned through your diary. I may be wrong because I'm not that familiar with all the brands listed, but it looks to me like you are getting quite a few carbs from pre-packaged processed food. I would eat more fresh fruit and vegetables, whole wheat bread/pasta for carbs, include egg whites for breakfast, and add…

  • I'm starting again too, actually have been here for a couple of weeks...doesn't make it easier. Feel free to add me as a friend!
  • Love the post! I believe in you too!
  • Hi! I'm in the same boat as you...I stopped working out 2-3 years ago after working very hard to get into the best shape of my life at 40 :-) Yes, it's hard to start all over again & stay motivated knowing how hard it was to achieve fitness goals the first time around... I went through a period of self-loathing for letting…
