Hey girl, You can try Tracey Anderson Mat workout. The arm part is crazy!!! I just started using it, but I went by my girlfriend's result. Her arms look so toned now. She did that four times a week. :smile:

I am having the same problem. I am not a Midwife, (work for a the railroad as an extra, means I am call 24/7). Since I started I have gained 12pds. At first I would eat right before going to sleep, no more. (Now eat an hour before my shift is over,yogurt w/fruit or oatmeal. It will be digested when coming home to sleep).…

I feel yes and no. One day out the week you should indugle when you have those extra calories. One the body needs little extra protein and carbs when you have a intense workout. Plus this helps you treat yourself to the foods you like so you do not binge in the future. This has worked for me, hopefully for you as well.

Hey AM, I left Weight Watchers myself. As I started going to the meetings , (for a year and haft), lost 26pds. Got a new job and crazy hours so switch online. Was messing around my phone and found myfitness. Must say just like the Online site, so left that to save money. I am not regretting my decison love myfitness!!!…

Oh wow I thought I was the only one that did that, I am not alone. Another problem I over eat the junk food acting like I am never going to have this treat again. So what I am going to TRY to do , is just make it a Saturday. Hopefully next weekand will be better. Hope you are having a good weekand.
