ha ha, at the age of 40 my school days are well behind me. nothing illegal just some sort of supplement you get online. when i state stripping i mean stripping fat - ha ha. thanks for the reply.

i personally dont include my calories burned, always believed it is a buffer just incase i go over my daily/weekly requirement. i also found when i did include them i lost less as i ate these additonal calories. not an expert just my opinion.

brilliant start, and getting on here is an excellent motivator. load yourself up with new friends and that will help. my only advice, and i aint no expert, is to plan - it definetley works for me. good luck to you all.

thanks, have tried the zero carbs and exactly what you described happened - i put it all on as soon as i came off it - hopefully the carb cycling will help. will update my progress for info.

apologies, i think it is my terminology here. what i mean is i am trying to bulk after spending 12 weeks approx carb cycling and keeping carbs low for 5 days. My trainer now has me on high carbs every day as i have stripped down to 8% bodyfat.
