i work one day a week cleaning lodges...and i log it. For me, not only is it cleaning, but its also walking up/down the 3 tier parking lot that's pretty much all hill. i log bc i sweat my *kitten* off, and it's for 5-7 hrs at a time...pretty much non stop. So yes, cleaning is most def an exercise! :)

Great job! i am in the same boat weight and height-wise...but i just had my second baby 3 months ago....and i've lost 15lbs since i started back here. My ultimate goal is 120-125..im currently 142.. Good Luck! :)

i have to deal with the same thing! You just have to tell her, that u don't want (or need) that kind of food at ur house right now. Believe me, it's hard, but if u don't tell her, she won't stop doing it. If it's in ur house, ur gonna eat it.

As long as u eat healthy and under ur calories for the day, you'll lose. I have been drinking/eating the shakes and snack bars (or any other 100 cal pk snacks) n have boosted my weight loss. I only have one shake a day (if that) but my snacks are always 100 calorie or less. I think it works, but everyones different. Good…

i have been doing one shake a day plus a snack bar (or any 100 calorie pk snack, alot cheaper! ) i think it's helping me. I think the strawberry n french vanilla shakes are sooo good...and the snack bars are pretty yummy also! :) My husband is doing 2 shakes a day ( or the equivilant calories). It's helping him too. Mine too!!! i just had one for dinner :) SOOOOO Yummy!!! i have mine on honey oat bread with spinach, onions, and green peppers! I could eat that everyday!

Turkey burgers, low fat/calorie dogs, those rice cakes that are small (forgot the name), popcorn that comes on a wire holder, make a low calorie mac salad, really ur options are limitless...u can always bring/eat lower calorie options of the normal camping foods :)

just think of it like this...any weight loss is great! even if it's just a lb! even if u end up gaining...there's always tomorrow! That's how i feel when i have a "bad" day LOL...there is a pizza in the freezer, that will be eaten sometime next week..but i'm not worried...i just adjust my day (or next day).
