I have a 60 minute playlist and strive to do that on the elliptical although I usually only last 30-40 minutes but its great motivation and keeps me going!

I love my FitBit Zip. I really like that I can hide it (it's small and I clip it to the inside of my bra - LOL). Its the cheapest one also but does not monitor your sleep. I've been thinking of getting the wristband one but haven't yet.

I pay $140 every 4 half-hour sessions, so $280 a month because I go twice a week, been doing this for six months now and love my trainer but now that I have learned what to do/what not to do I plan on going down to 1x a week so that price will be cut in half, it is very addicting and keeps me accountable.

My issue is I am at 1200 calories a day (I am 5'2" - 142.4 lbs.) and I always think if I burn too many calories working out that day and I only eat 1200 calories then it might not be enough and my body might hang on and not let me lose weight. My stomach is always the last place I see results, but now that I'm doing more strength/resistance training I have seen a slight difference, I know it will just take time.

Ok I was thinking that because as of last night it said I "nailed it" in the calories and then when I woke up this morning it said I went over my calories...so I'll just pay attention to MFP then! Thanks!

Question: I have a fitbit (the little one that I clip on, can't remember which one it is), but I have the app on my iPhone and sync it throughout the day to update it. The question I have is am I supposed to put my food and exercise in both the fitbit and the MFP app?
