I find shapewear pushes the fat up and makes my waist thicker!

I'm 130lbs now and I think my goal is around 121 but I still have no idea! I want to be at goal by my June birthday. It gives me 11 weeks but I only really lose weight the week after my period so I am hoping my real weight is around 128 right now. I may not actually be at goal by my birthday but I will still be feeling…

I'm uneven too! My back fat is almost gone on the right side but I still have some on the left and I also have more fat on the love handle area on the left! I'm really hoping it will even up!

5ft1, 42 years old SW 173 CW 130 GW...not sure ...maybe around 121

Yes, it has been that simple for me! I eat whatever I want within my cal allowance and earn extra cals by being active, as monitored by my Fitbit and I am at my preliminary goal after losing 40+ lbs. It has taken almost 2 years but that is because I stopped at one point for many months and then had to relose 7lbs. The last…

I do! It has been a godsend for me! I'm less than 10lbs from goal and have lost over 40 and most of my consistent progress has been since I got my Fitbit Zip :)

I am 5ft1 and measure 36" at bust (28GG) 28.5" waist, 39.5"hips, 22" top thigh and 19" mid thigh. I'm 42 and weigh 133lbs. The hips and thighs are shifting much slower than the rest of me but they are on the way now. I think I will always have curves and am trying to look at my lower half as sexy rather than hating them! I…

I love my basic Fitbit Zip. I haven't had any problems with it and have had it a year and a half

I'm 5ft1 and I started at 173lbs and had a 32.5" waist and 39" tummy. I am now 134lbs and have a 28.5" waist and 34.5" tummy

20g of chocolate M&Ms are only 97 cals and you get plenty! I let them melt in my mouth and they last ages and are very satisfying! During the day I will have a Pepsi Max.

I'm 5ft1, 42, 134lbs and walk a minimum of 15,000 steps a day and eat anywhere between 1500 and 2000 depending on hunger. My Fitbit tells me I burn over 2000 cals a day and appears to be correct as I average around 1lb a week loss.

Ok, it still won't post it! Sorry! I was just going to day that after a few weeks your Fitbit gets much more accurate as it starts to " get to know you". MFP will add cals after you have exceeded the expected burn built into your numbers
-
Sorry, I don't know why my post didn't post properly. Here it is: I think if you link your Fitbit to MFP just go with the flow and your Fitbit will get to know you after a while

You are absolutely beautiful and so, so inspirational! What an amazing achievement in one year! I hope some of the new people who started for the new year read this

Haha, I loved your song

I think I am going to add resistance band workouts in the NY. I'll check that channel out too :)

I would just strut around looking fabulous and knowing it :D

My lovely, lovely friend @Ooci gave me a beautiful Stop Staring dress for Xmas. It fits already but I think it will be amazing with another 3-5lbs off. It is my biggest motivation right now
-
You look amazing and way younger! Honestly a slim fit body is definitely more youthful than a fuller face! Anyway 31 is young ;)
-
Wow, you are tiny! Well done
-
Good luck, you can definitely succeed with the MFP tools

I'm 5ft1 and started at 173lbs. There have been ups and downs but the last period has been very good and at 139lbs I am just 9lb from my preliminary goal. I am a curvy hourglass so Ihave no idea what my ideal will be but not as low as some of my height. Back when I was what I think my natural weight I didn't weigh! I was…

I also have a Fitbit zip. I'm 42 and 5ft1 and aim for 15,000 steps a day and I burn 2100-2300 at my weight of 140lbs. If you get rid of the Jawbone I highly recommend a Fitbit you clip onto your bra or waistband.

My favourite is Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. It is also circuits but no weights so great fat burning cardio and each segment is quite varied

I love working out at home and find I have had great results. I do walk a lot too. A minimum of 15,000 steps a day. I hurt my back so haven't done any DVDs or hone workouts for around a month and really miss it! My favourites are Turbo Fire which is a kickboxing style workout, Brazil Butt Lift, jillian Michaels and fitness…

That's brilliant! You are looking good :)

You are stunning! I Agree that you are radiating happiness :)

Buy a fabulous item of clothing. Something that is tight but you love! Hang it where you can see it and maybe plan where you will wear it when it fits
