Fitbit Zip alternative?
Hi, my relationship with the Fitbit company is coming to an end! Can anyone recommend a step tracker that can be clipped onto clothing and synced with MFP? I love what the Zip does but am falling out with Fitbit' s customer service! Thanks in advance :)

Calorie adjustment
I have only linked my Fitbit for a few days but I ahve noticed it will give me extra cals after activity and then take some away when I am inactive. For example I walked to the next town today and it gave me 275 extra cals which is pretty accurate as my HRM gives around 290-310 but since sitting here in the library that…

What are your favourite Fitnessblender workouts?
I just did my first two today after hearing about Fitnessblender many times on the boards. I am so impressed! I did the Bodyweight cardio calorie blaster and then the Natural Brazil Buttock lift and I am sure I will be sore tomorrow! I have been looking through trying to build up a collection to try but wondered if you…

Hi, logging workouts question
Hello, I am new to this group and have only started linking my Fitbit with MFP yesterday. I am sorry but I cannot find an answer to my question after a search. I have a Polar F7 which I love but I keep reading about the Fitbit Flex and am so tempted to buy one as I think it would be super-motivating as I walk a fair bit to try and incorporate exercise into my regular day. I think it would also be handy as some of my walks are to the train station on my way to uni and the like and…

Has anyone done Chalean Extreme with bands?
I am thinking about getting this programme but if I do I will have to get bands because my budget doesn't stretch to dumbells! Saying that I do have some adjustable dumbells but they are not very practical when you keep need to adjust them for each exercise! I also have a set of 5kg. Anyway back to what I was asking - has…

41 year old, 5ft1 female confused!
First of all thank you to all that use this site, it is wonderful and so helpful. I am confused however  I have read some petite threads and read that some small ladies have success on less than 1200 cals and that our height should be taken into consideration and that eventually 1200 cals can become too many to lose…

Just started and would love some buddies :)
Hi there, I have just joined today but am an old (yoyoing!) hand at this weight loss lark  I am 40, ok almost 41 and want to lose 30-40lbs in total but if i get super fit maybe that will be less! Right now 20lbs would be amazing! I have a 7 year old daughter and am a full time student (which is not helping my weight…

date you will achieve goal chart?
Hello, I am new to MFP but have used sites where I have paid a fee for the same sort of thing and was wondering if there was somewhere I can enter my goals and it predicts the date I will achieve them if my weightloss is steady? I have a goal to be 10stone right now and MFP has set me to 1lb a week loss (probably because I…
