Hello, I am new to MFP but have used sites where I have paid a fee for the same sort of thing and was wondering if there was somewhere I can enter my goals and it predicts the date I will achieve them if my weightloss is steady? I have a goal to be 10stone right now and MFP has set me to 1lb a week loss (probably because I am a shorty :p) and I want to see what date this is achievable by. TIA for any help :)

MFP does it automatically each day after you complete your food diary. It will say something like "if everyday were like today, in 5 weeks you'll weigh ......"

After you complete your diary at night, it will give you a projection of how much you would weigh in five weeks. But honestly, I don'tput time frames on my goals. It takes how ever long that it will take, and as long as I try,I know it will work. I'm in this for long term success, so I'm not worried about five weeks from now. I'm only concerned with constantly working to achieve my goal body. What I'll weigh in five weeks, doesn't tell me anything about how my body will look.

I am setting smaller goals for myself that I know for a fact I can achieve and will work hard to make sure that I do! My goal right now is to be down 30 in total by the day of my college graduation, so May 9th. I am down 13 now, 17 more to go and jussstt under 5 weeks, I think I can do it. :D

My body never loses in set amounts but it is nice to have something to look forward to! I do know that even two weeks from now I will feel better than I do today so it is not just the ned result but feeling better everyday. It is always nice and motivating to see the numbers go down though  Good luck with your goal LoveInnocent

Try this website for your goal.. leave the end date blank and it will tell you when you should reach your goal, how many calories, etc:
