Has anyone done Chalean Extreme with bands?

I am thinking about getting this programme but if I do I will have to get bands because my budget doesn't stretch to dumbells! Saying that I do have some adjustable dumbells but they are not very practical when you keep need to adjust them for each exercise! I also have a set of 5kg. Anyway back to what I was asking - has anyone done the whole programme with bands only? I have done the two strength work outs in Turbo Fire with the band that came with the set and it was fine but the programme was mostly cardio. I am doing 30DS at the moment but was thinking about doing thsi programme over the summer, I have three months of from uni so it would be the perfect time.

    hi. i am doing this program with adjustable weights and find it very easy to switch. if needed, i just pause the video while i adjust and then get right back into it.

    when i go on vacation in july i will bring the program and my bands, too much to carry around 24 lb weights

    i'm sure you can still do the program with just the bands, there is always someone on the videos only doing the bands, just get a couple of different ones so you can add more tension if needed

    Thanks for the reply, I think I will go for it! As Chalene says your body doesn't know if you are using weights or a band it is just resistance! How are you finding the programme? Have you been doing it long?
