When my baby was younger I used to add 500 calories. Now that my baby is almost 11 months and eating 3 meals a day I only add 300. I log it in with my food. Just search "nursing".

Hi! I am 5'2.5 and my current weight is 133. I started at 165 after I had my 3rd baby. I have been really trying to lose weight since January and at first the weight was coming off easily but once I hit 135 I hit a plateau. My goal weight for now is 125 but I might change it to 120 once I get there.

I am a peanut butter addict. I eat it all the time! Are you looking for something like almond butter as an alternative? I have tried all different butters and nothing satisfies me like regular old PB. :)

I WISH mine would shrink! I am breast feeding right now so mine are so huge its not even funny. Somewhere around a 36 DD or E. I think they make me look heavier than I really am. I really hope they go back to a C when I am done losing weight and BFing.

Thanks everyone! I AM going to get back on track tomorrow. No more birthday cake, no more left over chinese food. Tomorrow is a new day and I am going to get right back into my normal eating and exercising. My new goal is to lose the last 10lbs by 9/26 (my babys 1st bday). :)

I know exactly where you are coming from. I have 3 kids. The older 2 fight all day and the baby is very high maintenance so halfway through the day I am ready to give in. I just try to keep the bad stuff out of my house so I am not even tempted.

Hi! I am also exclusively breast feeding my baby. I add it in under snacks for an additional 500 calories. Since your baby is so young you might want to add around 800 to keep your supply up. It is very important to listen to your body and if you are hungry then definitely eat. Also, remember to take your prenatal vitamins…

I am doing the 30 day shred right now. I am on level 2- day 3. I try to also do some pilates every week and I walk for about 40-60 minutes every day. I have a horrible cold right now so I am suffering through every type of exercise- my nose is totally stuffed!!! LOL

I am so sorry for your loss. I am an emotional eater too. I just found out that my 8 month old needs open heart surgery and it has really thrown me off. I have been eating "comfort" foods lately when I am upset. For me that means lots of cookies, frozen yogurt, cupcakes. :( Sending you a friend request.
