I often wonder the same thing. I live in NC and it has been in the 90's here for a while. Every time I exercise outside I am drenched in sweat by the time I am done!

I started level 2 today! It was so much easier than level 1!!

My goal is 125. Right now I am 137. I think once I get closer to the 125 I might lower it to 120 but we will see how I feel at that point. lol

When that happened to me I switched up my exercise routine. I started running instead of walking and I started the 30 day shred and it got the scale moving again! Good luck!

For me its any kind of sweets. Cookies, cake, brownies, cheesecake.

I have been exclusively breast feeding for the past 8 months! You can actually add breastfeeding under food and it gives you an extra 500 calories. I usually eat about 300 of those. You dont want to eat too few calories or you wont lose any weight. Good luck mama and congrats!
