thanks for your responses guys :) my goals are basically wanting to tone up everything (the more carbs I eat, the 'fluffier' i look) and i've started heavy lifting so I know I need protein...just not sure the right combo. I changed it to 40/40/20...I just wish I knew how to keep track of what works for me better lol.

I'm going allllll out SW 267 CW 164 GW 110 4 new tats, all new wardrobe (including bras, shoes, panties, etc), completely new haircut/style, contacts, mani/pedi, party, massage, probably a couple new piercings too.

my goal is to keep losing fat and gain strength/muscle. I have about another 50-60 pounds I'd like to lose. I've lost 100 so far so everything is in desperate need of tightening/lifting

Thanks so much! I do get an orientation where they can show me how to use all the machines. I will definitely be using the row machine. I planned on starting AND ending with cardio...any advice for how long to do that for each time?
