I never measure myself, but today I did. I've lost 26.5 inches all over in two months. I'm not sure how good that is, also, is it based on how many places you measure?

Scale help!!
My scale is constantly changing my weight, I'll step on it 6 times in a row and it changes every time, move it and it's different, etc. I'm getting pretty sick of it. Can you guys suggest a scale that works for you that's cheap? I'm very poor.

What qualifies as "heavy lifting"?
Everyone keeps talking about heavy lifting but no one really explains what that means. I'm doing 100 squats with 30 pounds and 100 lunges with 8 pound hand weights, etc. The lunges are actually more intense for me with less weight. Any insight?

So confused!
Ok so carbs is basically sugar right? So why is my sugar set at 27 and my carbs set at 171? I never go over on carbs, but I always go over with my sugar because I eat fruit. Which no I won't be giving up . Can anyone help explain?

What do I do?
I started the 30 day shred yesterday and today I woke up so sore I can barely walk. I don't want to skip exercising but I don't know what to do because I cant really move my legs. I don't own weights so I can't use them. What did you guys do the day after?

30 Day Shred - Can't Log
Is there some magic spell I have to cast for MFP to find the 30 day shred in their database? How can I log it if it keeps giving me "did you mean 30 tai shred?" please help!! I don't have a heart rate moniter yet, but damnit I want to log it somehow till I get one.
