what is the main thing you live by on your health plan? It could be you always eat a certain diet, follow a specific workout routine, anything. And give details! I've been so curious to see what everyone has to say.

    Staying focused on your goals. Whether that is a health scare, for your family, for yourself, etc. I find that if I don't concentrate on those things that really make me want to be healthier...I slack off.

    Log every last calorie consumed into MFP! Seriously, if I mess up today (and have olive garden for lunch...) and I actually SEE the true number of how many calories I took in, it makes it much easier to avoid making the mistake again and allows me to do better the next day to make up for it. After YEARS of struggling with my weight, following a strict daily/weekly caloric intake goal is the number one (and only) way so far that I have found any weight loss success!
